The healthy person should fulfills its mitzvah or day by fasting; the ill person can do  a mitzvah or fast with eating.People shouldn't be wearing shoes or slippers which have any leather at all in them —whether it is in their uppers, in their  heels or soles , or in an insert.
But this applies to leather footwear only. Wearing a leather belt, kippah, or jacket is not a problem in Yom Kippur rituals

Children also should be taught that they should non-leather footwear on this day.

There is a prohibition against washing or bathing according to the rituals and applies whether you are using hot or cold water, and if you are washing only one part of body. It it written in the Sages: "Even to insert a finger in cold water is forbidden."

It is allowed to wash hands upon using the lavatory.

It is allowed to wash any area of the body that has become ill or wasted.

After awakening in the morning, One should performs the ritual hand washing—but wash till the knuckles only.

4.Once your fast starts, remember to go to the synagogue, don’t talk about food or hunger.it will ease the hunger.
